Sam is General Manager of Weave Consulting, Inc. He was raised in Dillon, Montana and graduated from Montana Tech of the University of Montana with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering. He is certified in Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response (HAZWOPER). Some of his field experience includes working on the Streamside Tailings Project at the Silver Bow Creek/Butte Area Superfund site, and cleanup of the 500 year flood in Grand Forks North Dakota in 1997. Previous to his position as General Manager, he has served as the Safety Director for Weave Management Group. Some of his other work experience includes Loss Control Manager for one of the top insurance agencies in the country; he has also worked as a Safety and Quality Manager for an ISO:09001:2000 and AS9100 certified electronics company in Boise, Idaho. In addition, he has completed all requirements to obtain the designation of Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
Ryder is an experienced environmental scientist with over 10 years of experience in environmental sampling, construction and reclamation. Ryder has managed drilling exploration, mine development and mine reclamation projects. He has also written several Montana mine operating plans, Environmental Assessments and contributed to Environmental Impacts Statements (EIS). He has 7 years of experience in unexploded ordnance (UXO) remediation and is certified as a Tech 2 under federal guidelines. He is an experienced equipment operator. Ryder graduated from Colorado State University in 2003 with a B.S in Natural Resource Management and a minor in English.
Will has 5 years of experience working as an environmental scientist and technician. He currently manages the reclamation, weed control and stormwater control at the Graymont Indian Creek Mine, Townsend MT for RMA. He is an experienced general contractor who can operate equipment and manage construction projects. He also worked as a geological surveyor in California for DHI services. He received his B.S in Biology in 2007 from College of St. Scholastica, Minnesota with a minor in Chemistry. Will received his Master in Business Administration from University of Phoenix in 2010.
Richard has 40 years of experience working as a wildlife biologist, an environmental scientist and a mine and pipeline right-of-way reclamation specialist. Richard’s mine permitting experience includes hard rock and minerals, abandoned mine surveys and abandoned mine reclamation design and construction. Richard has extensive experience operating most construction equipment, designing, managing and supervising building, road and utilities construction projects. Richard has worked in a variety of unexploded ordnance projects from discovery through survey to validation and closeout. Richard graduated from the University of North Dakota with a B.S degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Management in 1971 and has been an owner of Resource Management Associates, Inc. since 1989.
